I made it years ago so I don't really remember, but generally I think I used Photoshop, a PNG from Tumblr and then the, uh. Friggin. Threshold tool, pretty sure. Then added a black stroke to the PNG and a white stroke to the text, by the looks of it. If that helps at all.
